Fractal Works is an applied AI lab building systems for autonomous organizations.

Our first product is called :auto-logo: Auto — the best way to set up agentic automations for you and your team.

What is Auto

:auto-logo: Auto is an AI that works 24/7 to figure out your team’s bottlenecks and automate them away.

It watches the way your team works, finds the places where time gets wasted, and deploys agentic automations to take the human out of the loop where their judgement is better directed elsewhere. As time goes on, your organization’s leverage grows — automatically.

To start, we are focused on software engineering teams. Eventually, we’ll bring :auto-logo: Auto to the rest of the org chart: research, sales, support, operations, and beyond

Our goal in the coming years is to give a single person the leverage of a thousand.

Problem We’re Solving

Agents enable people to complete tasks much more quickly, but they still have to be prompted and prodded by a human-in-the-loop.

These problems are particularly pronounced in software development:

• When an issue appears in Slack, someone has to poke an agent to go look at it.
• When CI is red on a PR, someone has to nudge an agent to fix it.
• When an agent finishes a task, someone has to prompt it to take on the next one.
